SIP Clinic NC is an out-of-network provider. While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits.
Our rates vary depending on the therapist and service type. Individual 50-minute sessions typically range from $175-$225 per session. We offer longer sessions for clients engaging in trauma or somatic work as needed. A free consultation call is available to ensure the best fit before starting.
Somatic psychotherapy integrates body awareness, movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation into traditional psychotherapy. Unlike talk therapy alone, somatic approaches help you process emotions, trauma, or stress that may be “stored” in the body, allowing for deeper healing and change from the inside out.
Yes. We offer secure teletherapy sessions for clients throughout North Carolina. Many clients find that somatic work and IFS can be done effectively online, especially with guided practices and shared resources for nervous system support.
Absolutely. Many clients come to us after years of talk therapy feeling like they “understand” their patterns intellectually but still feel dysregulated, disconnected, or triggered. Somatic and parts-based therapy meets you at a deeper level - your body, your emotions, your nervous system - often unlocking profound insight and relief.
The first step is to schedule a free 15-minute consultation with one of our therapists. This gives you a chance to share what you’re looking for and ask questions. If it’s a mutual fit, we’ll schedule your first session and begin creating a customized care plan that supports your goals.
Yes. Somatic modalities like Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, IFS, and mindfulness-based approaches are supported by growing clinical research.
