Services & Fees

We offer a compassionate, body-centered approach to healing trauma, anxiety, and high stress physiology including the everyday stressors of modern life.

Located in the heart of the Triangle, our psychotherapy clinic specializes in somatic psychotherapy, a powerful therapeutic approach that honors the wisdom of the body in healing and transformation.

Who We Work With
Our clients are individuals and couples who are ready to do deeper work. Many come to us after finding that traditional therapy helped - but only to a point.

We support clients navigating:

  • Anxiety & chronic stress
  • Trauma & PTSD
  • Early childhood trauma (complex developmental trauma)
  • Depression
  • Addiction (including sex addiction)
  • Chronic health conditions
  • Identity journeys
  • Attachment issues
  • Relationship struggles
  • Parent/child coaching support
  • Parenting Coaching
  • Burnout & overwhelm
  • Grief & life transitions
  • Disconnection from self or body

You don’t need to “have it all figured out” to begin. We meet you where you are - with presence, curiosity, and care.

Why Somatic Psychotherapy?
Emotions live in the body. When we experience overwhelming events, the nervous system often holds onto those patterns - sometimes for years. Somatic psychotherapy supports you in reconnecting with your body, learning to listen to its signals, and completing unresolved stress cycles so you can move forward with more freedom and clarity.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, somatic therapy incorporates mindful awareness, breathwork, movement, and nervous system regulation to address the root of your challenges - not just the symptoms.

Our Approach
At SIP Clinic NC, we believe healing is relational. Our team of licensed psychotherapists is trained in evidence-based somatic modalities including:

  • Somatic Experiencing®
  • Polyvagal Theory-informed therapy
  • Parts Work/Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Mindfulness & movement-based practices
  • CBT
  • EMDR

Our work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming.

What To Expect
Your first session is an opportunity to slow down and begin listening inward. Together, we’ll explore your goals, history, and what feels most important right now.

Over time, therapy becomes a space to build safety in your body, develop tools for nervous system regulation, and deepen your capacity for connection and choice.

Along with talking about your goals, somatic psychotherapy offers the opportunity to listen to your body through the lens of sensations. Through the sensate body, we are able to transform the nervous system to get you out of your flight, fight, freeze and fawn responses of the body and back into self regulation where you will have better mental, physical and relational health outcomes.
